New Payment Processor

We recently had to change our CC merchant so unfortunately all customers have to pay this months invoice manually and then it will store your card under our new CC merchant. So currently there is no active card on your account until you add one again. For merchants we have added 2 new merchants. The first one is labelled Credit / Debit Card try pay with that one first and in the rare case that it does not take your card you can switch the gateway to Backup by clicking on the invoice where it says Credit / Debit Card and selecting Backup from the dropdown. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate you being a Breaking Cable customer.
